Recently, the intelligent digital steel structure production base built by Shandong Hanjing Steel Structure Co., Ltd. with an investment of 30 million RMB has been officially put into operation, marking a major breakthrough for the company in the field of intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing, and entering a new stage of large-scale, intelligent and green production. The commissioning of the new production line will greatly improve the company's production efficiency, product quality and production capacity, providing a solid production capacity guarantee for the company to undertake large-scale and complex steel structure projects.
The newly built intelligent digital production line integrates advanced production equipment and technologies at home and abroad, realizing intelligent control of the whole process from blanking, assembly, welding to painting, inspection and warehousing. The production line is equipped with a series of high-end equipment such as fully automatic laser cutting machines, robotic welding workstations, automatic shot blasting and rust removal systems, 3D precision inspection equipment and intelligent warehousing systems. Among them, the robotic welding workstation adopts advanced welding robots, which can realize automatic welding of Steel Structure Components with high welding precision and fast efficiency. Compared with traditional manual welding, the welding efficiency is increased by more than 60%, and the welding qualification rate reaches more than 99.8%, which effectively reduces labor costs and welding defects.
The fully automatic laser cutting machine has the advantages of high cutting precision, fast speed and flat cutting surface, which can accurately cut various complex-shaped steel structure components with a cutting error controlled within ±0.5mm, greatly improving the processing precision of components and providing a strong guarantee for subsequent splicing and installation. The automatic shot blasting and rust removal system uses environmentally friendly shot blasting materials, which can perform comprehensive rust removal treatment on steel structure components with good rust removal effect. At the same time, it is equipped with an exhaust gas recovery system, which effectively reduces dust and exhaust gas emissions, meeting national environmental protection standards. The 3D precision inspection equipment can conduct a comprehensive precision inspection of the produced steel structure components to ensure that the component size and quality meet the design requirements and avoid unqualified products from entering the market.
Compared with traditional production lines, the new intelligent digital production line has significantly improved in production efficiency, labor costs, product quality and other aspects. According to statistics, the production efficiency of the new production line has increased by more than 40%, labor costs have decreased by 30%, and the annual production capacity has increased from 30,000 tons to 50,000 tons, which can meet the component processing needs of various large-scale steel structure projects. At the same time, the production line adopts environmentally friendly water-based paint instead of traditional oil-based paint, combined with an exhaust gas recovery system, which reduces carbon emissions by more than 25%, and the discharge of waste water and exhaust gas meets national environmental protection standards, realizing green production and sustainable development.
To ensure the smooth operation of the intelligent digital production line, Hanjing Steel Structure has conducted professional training for the production team, inviting technical experts from equipment manufacturers to train employees on equipment operation, maintenance and maintenance, ensuring that employees can proficiently master the operation skills of the equipment and give full play to the performance of the equipment.
