Hanxing Steel Structure was selected as a green building demonstration project in Shandong Province, empowering the transformation of the construction industry with low-carbon technology.

 Recently, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Shandong Province announced the list of 2026 Provincial Green Building Demonstration Projects. The steel structure supporting project of Linqu Green Industrial Park, undertaken by Shandong Hanjing Steel Structure Co., Ltd., was successfully selected and became the only steel structure demonstration project in the list. This selection is a high recognition of Hanjing Steel Structure's technical strength and engineering quality in green construction and low-carbon energy conservation by the provincial competent department, and also provides a reference practice sample for the green development of steel structure enterprises in the province.
The selected steel structure supporting project of Linqu Green Industrial Park has a total construction area of 98,000 square meters, covering various formats such as park office buildings, standardized workshops and supporting dormitories, all adopting the green steel structure system independently developed by Hanjing. In the process of design and construction, the project fully implements the "double carbon" strategy, integrates a number of low-carbon technologies and environmentally friendly materials, and achieves multiple goals of energy conservation, consumption reduction and environmental protection. In terms of material selection, the project adopts Q355 low-carbon high-strength steel, combined with Class A fireproof rock wool insulation layer and environmentally friendly water-based paint, which not only reduces the building weight, but also greatly improves the thermal insulation performance. Compared with traditional concrete buildings, the energy saving rate reaches more than 65%, and the annual carbon emission is reduced by about 800 tons.
To achieve the goal of green construction, the Hanjing team adopted the factory prefabrication and on-site assembly construction mode, with a prefabrication rate of more than 95%, reducing on-site wet operations by 90% and construction waste emissions by 85%, truly realizing "green construction and low-carbon construction". At the same time, the project introduced an intelligent ventilation and lighting system, and optimized the building layout with BIM 3D modeling technology to ensure sufficient lighting and smooth ventilation inside the building, which not only improved the comfort of use, but also further reduced energy consumption. In addition, the Steel Structure Components used in the project are 100% recyclable, realizing the green environmental protection of the whole life cycle of the building, which is in line with the national green building development orientation.
As a Shandong Provincial Green Building Demonstration Project, this project not only provides efficient, comfortable and environmentally friendly office and production space for park enterprises, but also plays a leading and exemplary role in promoting the popularization and promotion of steel structure buildings in the surrounding areas. A relevant person in charge of Hanjing Steel Structure said that taking this selection as an opportunity, the company will continue to increase investment in green technology research and development, optimize product structure, promote the transformation of the steel structure industry towards low-carbon, intelligent and green, and contribute more to the development of green buildings in Shandong Province and even the whole country. At present, the main structure of the project has been completed, and it is expected to be fully completed and put into use by the end of 2026.
